Terms and Conditions

Payment:

• Payment is due 14 days from payment invoice date, unless specified otherwise on the invoice.

• To ensure your payment is received correctly, please ensure you quote the invoice number in the reference upon making payment.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation of any session must be made at least 48 hours before the confirmed date and time.

• Any cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a late cancellation fee. The fee amount is dependant on the length of the booked session:

• Sessions of 1-4 hours will incur a late cancellation fee of £35.

• Sessions of 5-8 hours will incur a late cancellation fee of £75.

Revisions and Edits:

• Upon completion of the project, the client is entitled to 2 rounds of revisions, after which further revisions shall be charged at the studio rate of £35 / hour.
